• Taxi booking information including the date and time, pickup location and destination 

• Additional information including aeroplane flight number, luggage and child seat requirements

The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you  

• When you input your data through the form on our website 

• When you contact us by phone, email and writing
    

We use the information that you have given us in order to deliver our taxi services to you. 

We do not share your personal data with any other parties or organisations unless we are required, under data protection legislation, to disclose your personal data without your explicit consent, for example if we have a legal obligation to do so, such as for: 

• Law enforcement 

• Fraud investigations 

• Regulation and licensing 

• Criminal prosecutions

We will keep your personal data for as long as is necessary, unless superseded by statutory regulation, and will dispose of it securely when it is no longer needed to keep delivering our service to you.

Under data protection law, you have the right to object to Terry's Taxis processing your personal information in certain circumstances. You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights.
